No. Come solo or bring a friend. Classes rotate and keep the room comfortable.

What should I wear?

Wear something you can move in and shoes that stay secure. Smooth soles help.

How does the first class work?

Start with the basics, learn the timing, then build into simple partnerwork.

Where should I park?

Free parking is available in the Union Square lot outside the plaza. Enter through the main doors, take the stairs or elevator to Suite 206, and plan to arrive about 10 minutes early.
